Civic Systems Symposium a Resounding Success!
If you were one of the 100 Civic Systems customers who attended the Civic Symposium in October 2008, thank you, and we hope you had a wonderful and informative time! The 2008 event was held on October 16-17 at Madison's Marriott West. Every Civic employee was in attendance, and we enjoyed the opportunity to see so many of our valued customers in person.

After the first half-day of sessions, the group adjourned to the Marriott's Atrium for a customer reception. Entertainment was provided. It was fun and relaxing, and for a certain number of Civic employees and clients, marked only the beginning of an evening of festivities!

This year 18 separate classes were taught covering Year-End, Basic Accounting, Balancing Subsystems to the General Ledger, Hands-on Table Lists, Utility Billing, Dashboard, Budgeting, and Caselle's new Clarity product. Based on our customer feedback surveys, the classes were useful and informative.

The 2009 Civic Systems Symposium will take place on September 17 & 18, 2007 at the Madison Marriott West.
